Using our distribution system, via the Internet you can buy jewellery up to 55% cheaper than in a traditional jewellery store.

1. Should you have any technical problems or insufficient time, you can place an order by phone with our staff member at the telephone number (052) 3972783.
ATTENTION! When you place an order with payment collect, we require a downpayment of PLN 15 to cover the shipping expenses (see Shipping and Returns, point 3).

2. Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days, exclusive of delivery time by post or courier. We start preparing the shipment IMMEDIATELY when payment has been booked to our bank account. The goods offered at our shop are available immediately excepting engraved wedding rings where delivery time may be from 14 to 28 working days. With respect to engraved wedding rings, we start performing the order when our account has been credited with an advance payment of 40% of the ordered rings.

3. In accordance with applicable regulations, the products are stamped by the State testing Authority.

4. All prices are retail prices (gross – inclusive of VAT of 22%).

5. Each shipped product is accompanied by a fiscal payment receipt. If the client so requires, we issue a VAT invoice. The Client should notify the shop of such requirement in the order in the column “Add comment to your order".

6. Payment at our shop can be made with:
- credit cards VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, POLCARD, PBK Styl and many more,
- with fast transfers: mTransfer, MultiTransfer, Intelipay, Przelew24,
- standard bank transfers to our account,
- collect – when the requirements have been met that are specified here.
The shipping costs depend on the mode selected in the order form. The accurate amount to be paid will be specified in the payment receipt or VAT invoice, delivered along with the ordered products.

7. We ship the goods via courier (DHL) or post. The relevant cost is added to the value of the order. Should an incorrect order be made, it should be immediately cancelled or corrected. To do that, please send an e-mail to our address sklep@jubiler.sklep.pl, with corrected data and information on the error in the earlier order.

8. Promotions at the shop do not add up unless specified other wise in the regulations of the relevant promotion.

9. If there is a change in the size or special individual orders, goods may not be returned, however they continue to hold a valid warranty. If there is a manufacturing defect, the claim will be accepted and the product will be repaired or replaced with another product.
The warranty does not apply when the product is mechanically damaged due to the Client’s fault. Some products (e.g. watches) are covered with individual warranty terms provided by the producer.

10. All disputes shall be solved amicably. In that is impossible, the Court of Law in Chojnice shall finally resolve the dispute.

11. Placement of an order means that the Client accepts the terms and conditions specified herein.

12. Promotion - "For each product above PLN 300 – shipment and box FREE OF CHARGE" concerns exclusively shipments in Poland. The promotion is valid from 26.03.2007 until terminated.
